All Time Greats Football League (for Madden 2k2) ATGFL

This is a Madden 2002 football league for serious gamers! We are now in Season 3 with alot of new faces, fresh roster, and alot of excitement floating around. Next advance will as soon as all games are played or 4 days from last advancement! If your opponent doesn't respond, and you dont let me know, there's nothing i can do about it. At that piont ill just click week advance. GL this year! With a new season every has a chance at the Super Bowl! Hope you all enjoy the time and effort i have put into this league to get it going, keep it running, and gonna make it last. Let's all do our part to make this league the top 2k2 league around. Season 3 : Patriots win SB 17-10!!!

Was a tough match from start to finish. Patriots lead the whole way, but the panthers owner/coach Kretinrock kept it close till the final gun. Coach/owner/commish sweetrun2002 ran his basic run game, pounding the ball with the occasional 3rd down completion to keep it rolling. But he had to earn every yard Kretin played his best and gave sweet a hell of a game. Cya 2 of you in ATGFL Super Bowl 4!!!

Season 2 : Browns win SB 37-24!!!

Browns jumped out quick 17-0....rolb hendricks with a short int return for a td......and wr collins took a med catch and broke several tackles on his way 83 yards. vikings came back...martin took a short pass and blew by evryone for 80+ yards..vikings took the lead 24-20 late in the 3rd.....browns led again 27-24....and...30-24.....then with about 2:30 remaining...elway hit bob hayes over the middle and he turned it up field for a td....the outcome was sealed.....great game..

Season 1: Oilers win the SB 38-21!!!

It was a blow out of the worst kind. With pausing, crying, and yes even retirement for one sore losing owner! The Oilers manhandled the Vikings who went undefeated during regular season accept the loss to the Oilers. "We tried to give an0riginal a chance to finish the game", but he just said, " Nah you just play the cpu. I retire". It was ugly. Bears owner came in to play the last quarter after an0riginal quit!

For those looking for something different than your everyday updated rosters, I have taken an old 2k1 roster that had the greatest players from past present and future and converted it for 2k2. This roster was used in about 15-25 2k1 leagues. After converting it to 2k2 i updated it to make this the greatest roster in madden history. The original roster took over 400 hours from scratch and with the help of an entire league of 31 owners, incluing 3 commissioners, and now about 10 hours to update its finally ready for gaming. This league will advance every 3 to 4 days allowing 2 fas signing per week! All trades will be monitored and taken very seriously. I will also not tolerate any fighting, bickering, childishness period. Its a game, we arent getting paid to play it. Its for fun so lets have some, please!

Some of you might be to young to recognize who this guy is. That's Earl Campbell, one of the most powerful runningbacks in nfl history. He sure looks nasty when hes running, kinda like a Mack truck! Teams he played against sure felt the pain the next day. He was a great runner with a nose for the end zone. He will be tough to beat in this league with all the weapons the Oilers have, himself included. Him along with back ups Gale Sayers and T.J.Duckett at running back, and dont forget the big hard hitting fb Csonka they will be tought to beat. This league has a great mix of yester years heros along with the greats of today and the rookies of tommorrow. This league is as fun as it sounds. So lets try and play like these old timers with spirit and class. Good luck in the league thats semi-time warped! (That was season 1)

Now we are in season 2. With a new all time greats roster! We took a different roster this time that had all the players from past and presnet and dumped them all in the FA list. Then we simulated a fantasy draft. The outcome was 31 teams equally balanced, with all time greats all over the place. We dropped the Oilers added the titans. WHO WILL WIN IT ALL THIS YEAR!!!

I want to thank all you who jioned and wish you all luck in season 1, lets make this the best 2k2 league ever. Its not the commish , the roster, or even the game that makes the league great, its great owners that love the video game and sport of football!
